1. Ce am pregatit pentru voi:

1.1. Materiale pentru promovarea evenimentului, pe care le gasiti in platforma:
- Bannere de teasing - mesaj “Black FRIDAY - Incepe miercuri seara, 11.11.2020”;
- Bannere de teasing - mesaj “{categorie} cu preturi de la □□.□□ lei”;
- Bannere de teasing - mesaj “Black FRIDAY - Incepe in aceasta seara”;
- Bannere de reveal general - mesaj “Reduceri de pana la 90%'';

1.2. Feed-ul cu produsele care intra in campania de Black FRIDAY, o sa fie incarcat in data de 11.11.2020, seara;

3. Informatii utile despre cum ne-am pregatit noi pentru Black FRIDAY:

- vom avea zeci de mii de produse disponibile la preturi promotionale, cu reduceri de pana la 90%;
- avem o versiune imbunatatita a website-ului, iar clientii pot naviga mai usor si rapid, pentru a-si gasi produsele dorite;
- mizam pe stocul propriu pentru asigurarea livrarii rapide a coletelor, dar vom apela si la stocul furnizorilor pentru a sustine volumul vanzarilor;
- am suplimentat spatiile de depozitare, iar in prezent gestionam peste 23.000 mp de depozitare;
- am facut anul acesta investitii in echipamente de manipulare, sisteme de depozitare, automatizari si amenajarea spatiilor de lucru, dar am apelat si la inchirierea de echipamente de manipulare pentru a putea dubla capacitatea de procesare in lunile urmatoare;
- au fost reorganizate fluxurile interne pentru a mari capacitatea de procesare a comenzilor;
- vom avea zeci de spoturi publicitare la televizor si la radio, campanii de OOH;
- vom organiza competitii cu premii atractive pentru clientii nostri, acestea vor fi comunicate pe retelele noastre de social media.

4. Cifre Black Friday 2019 din programul nostru de afiliere:

- rata de conversie in afiliere anul trecut, de Black Friday, a fost de peste 2,5%;
- peste 2,000 de comisioane au fost inregistrate in perioada: 19:00, 14.11 - 7:00, 18.11;
- cel mai mare comision inregistrat si aprobat a fost de 478.8 lei;

5. Cum au decurs primele 12 de ore in 2019:

in prima zi de eveniment, 19:00, 14.11 - 7:00, 15.11 am inregistrat urmatoarele rezultate:
- cel mai vândut produs: un set de 5 tablouri ~1,400 bucati;
- cea mai mare comanda: 2,500 euro; ora de aur: 21.00 in valoare de ~300,000 euro;
- volum total vanzari: 2,2 milioane euro, valoare medie a cosului: 100 euro;
- 23% din tranzactii au fost achitate cu cardul.

- we will have tens of thousands of products available at promotional prices, with discounts of up to 90%;
- we have an improved version of the website, and customers can navigate more easily and quickly, to find the products they want;
- we rely on our own stock to ensure the fast delivery of packages, but we will also use the stock of suppliers to support the volume of sales;
- we have supplemented the storage spaces, and currently we manage over 23,000 sqm of storage;
- this year we made investments in handling equipment, storage systems, automation and arrangement of workspaces, but we also resorted to renting handling equipment in order to double the processing capacity in the coming months;
- internal flows were reorganized to increase order processing capacity;
- we will have dozens of commercials on TV and radio, OOH campaigns;
- we will organize competitions with attractive prizes for our clients, they will be communicated on our social media networks.

4. Black Friday 2019 figures from our affiliate program:
- the conversion rate in affiliation last year, on Black Friday, was over 2.5%;
- over 2,000 commissions were registered in the period: 19:00, 14.11 - 7:00, 18.11;
- the highest commission registered and approved was 478.8 lei;

5. How did the first 12 hours in 2019 go:
on the first day of the event, 19:00, 14.11 - 7:00, 15.11 we recorded the following results:
- best selling product: a set of 5 paintings ~ 1,400 pieces;
- largest order: 2,500 euros; golden hour: 21.00 worth ~ 300,000 euros;
